Here we go with the HH round 5 of the league… The tight and twisty circuit is more suited for mountain biking than cross according to a ‘Commissaire’
UNDER 8s
Little Pocket Rocket was gridded 3rd and smashing it out in true style, Queen Lola finished at dizzy heights on top of the podium! We also had young Kasper gridded 19th (?) but battled hard keeping on the heels of Lola, having engaged in battle during the previous day’s Go-Ride, finished a magnificent 9th. Bravo!
UNDER 10s
The killer one… Kien (7th Grid), Daniel (13th Grid), Timothy (23rd gridded) and Vincente (25th Grid). Kien with his renowned ‘Demon Start’ was up into third for the first lap but faded and finished 7th having come off on the third lap. Daniel had a great race, steadily picking off places and finishing 10th. Timothy battled through to 21st (well done Sir), and the ever-improving Vincente maintained his place despite getting swamped at the start, never giving up.
UNDER 12s
It was the inter-team battle between Lucus (Grid 26th) and Floyd (Grid 27th)… massive battle with the riders being constant, gaining (Lucus 16th) followed by Floyd (17th) finishes – great going guys!
ADULTS
Up next ‘Atomic’ Dom vs Oh-Oh-Oh-Diego. First lap and Diego was leading with the Atomic Once close by. By the second lap Oh-Oh-Diego became Oh No Diego! as Dom boomed past and never looked back finishing a fine 52nd against Senior Diego finishing 58th.
